Red Velvet Chocolate
A red velvet chocolate sponge filled with Belgian white chocolate ganache or Belgian chocolate buttercream with the option of crushed Oreo cookies.
Almond Sponge Cake
Almond sponge cake filled with our homemade Apricot & Almond jam and almond buttercream.
Lemon Sponge Cake
Light moist sponge made with real lemons and filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream & our delicious homemade lemon curd. Other citrus variations available upon request.
Salted Caramel Cake
A moist sponge with a tasty salted caramel flavour and filled with salted caramel buttercream.
Chocolate Cake
Filled with either Belgian chocolate buttercream or ganache, or Madagascan vanilla buttercream and our homemade black cherry jam.
Light Fruit Cake
A moist light cake with fruits soaked in a spiced tea, brandy or an ale from Hillside Brewery; spices also enhance the flavour. Beneath the fondant icing layer lay marzipan and our homemade Apricot & almond jam.
